Film Title

I came up with different names that could be used for my film. I wanted a name that would appeal to the audience, making them want to go and watch it. I also wanted the name to tell the audience about the film. The different names that I came up with for my film was:

• The Outsider- I felt that this name fitted in with the character Lilly, giving the audience information about the film.
• Hamilton High- This I felt fitted in with the convention of my genre 
• Cast off- I liked this as it told the audience about Lilly, but felt that it put over the wrong image of the film, not fitting in with the genre.
• Abandon- This I felt was also able to show the audience about Lilly but did not fit in with the genre of my film.  
• As good as it gets- I liked this as a name but through it might not appeal  to my audience  
• Relationship- This matched the conventions of the film and also informed about the plot line  
• Lilly Gray - This I felt sounded right and would appeal to my audience

To know which title would appeal best to my audience and fit in with the film, I did a small survey asking them which title they like best.

 From this one title stood out from the other the was Lilly Gray, knowing that this is the title that would appeal to my audience, I will use it as my film name being that I feel that it will best suit the film and would appeal to my audience.
